Introducing our newest #Veev Business Analyst – Shantala Lohit!
Shantala is a seasoned IT professional with more than 14 years of experience in the banking and education sectors with experience as a developer, business analyst and scrum master.
Shantala prides herself at being easy to work with while also delivering quality outcomes for our customers. She has excellent stakeholder management skills and works comfortably with a wide range of people. Her meticulous nature ensures utmost quality in everything she delivers.
As a business analyst, Shantala is passionate about delivering quality user experience not only for the end users but also the various stakeholders and peers she works with who are a part of the delivery journey.
Shantala brings the following key skills to our Veev clients:
● Highly adept at managing multiple stakeholders (business and technical).
● Proficient in all phases of requirement management, including gathering, analysing, detailing and tracking requirements.
● Proficient at defining user requirements in the form of epics and user stories.
● Efficiently delivered projects while playing Scrum Master, Product Owner and/ or Business Analyst roles.
● Skilled at reviewing test cases and making sure they are in accordance with requirements and assisting with the overall testing process through activities such as Change and Defect Management and conducting User Acceptance Testing.
● Strong understanding of various SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
● Experienced in Business Process Modelling using use cases and activity diagrams and also MS Visio.
Outside work Shantala enjoys cooking, gardening and spending time with her family.
