Michelle is a senior Change Manager with vast experience in Technology/ERP and Agile programs, leadership coaching to drive business lead change and sustainable training.
She also has many years’ experience in digital communications, organisation restructure changes and geographically dispersed stakeholder engagement.
Michelle has built on these capabilities using Prosci’s tools and methodologies and gained practitioner certification through the Prosci® Change Management Certification Training Program and is also a member of the Change Management Institute.
On winter weekends you can find Michelle with her husband and three active children on a netball, basketball or touch footy court or field umpiring, coaching and/or playing netball herself. This year Michelle will be coaching two netball teams; a women’s Open team, hoping for a back-to-back premiership and her daughter’s first netball team.
Also, Michelle is a coffee and gherkin lover….but definitely not together!!
