We’d like to introduce another member of team Veev, Laura Murray. With her primary areas of expertise being in Lean Project Management, Business Improvement, Communications, Change Management and Workshop Facilitation – there really is nothing that Laura can’t help with when it comes to making improvements to your business.
As an experienced Improvement and PROSCI certified Change Management Specialist, with a Black Belt in Lean Six Stigma, her initiatives have seen her enjoy a solid career in the Oil and Gas Industry for over 20 years on various projects as a consultant and staff member across Europe, The Middle East and Australasia.
Running her own successful Consultancy in the Netherlands and Oman for many years, Laura also has a wealth of experience in HR, Organisational Change, Human Factors and Skillpool Coordination. It’s with all of this combined understanding, Laura has recently started working with Veev to support process improvement initiatives across our client base and assist in our own internal talent sourcing.
She has strong technical writing skills and has written and co-written many Process, Procedure and Strategy documents. With a qualifications list including:
- Advanced Diploma Business Improvement Leadership,
- Diploma in Business Improvement Leadership,
- PROSCI Certified and Licensed Change Management Practitioner,
- Lean Six Sigma – Black Belt Certification,
- Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt Certification, and
- Introduction to Project Management – PMBOK.
