Tertiary qualified in Human Resource Management, established leader with the proven capacity to lead high performing teams and establish strategic HR business goals and project deliverables, promoting digital autonomy, productivity, employee engagement and workplace culture.
Demonstrated ability to achieve project deliverables and business goals through effective stakeholder engagement across all work levels of the business. A strong understanding of Project Management principles coupled with an extensive knowledge of human resource theory, practice and legislation. Experienced in managing change across an organisation and leading project initiatives within a Human Resources, Information Technology and Operational Readiness business function.
