A talented Scrum Master / Project Manager with a wealth of transformation experience across a variety of large corporations as well as within mining, higher education, infrastructure. Andrew holds key industry certifications in Master Scrum Coach, Prince2, LEAN, and SAFe and is proficient in risk management procedures and development of mitigation plans.

• Coordinated multiple onshore and offshore vendors, such as BHP, across different time zones. Coached team to move to
SAFE Agile work methodologies.
• Coached a delivery team of 30+ professionals (Architects, Engineers, Designers, Analysts and Programmers)
• Managed operational teams of 130+ for Asciano Ports at Newcastle
• Large-scale program deployments at Ampol, involving 1200 sites and up to 20 weekly deployments into 24×7 mission critical environments.
Since starting full time caravanning last year Andrew has educated myself and built complex 24 volt inverter solar charging setups for off grid use in the caravan. My wife, Leone, and longhaired miniature Dachshund, Teddy have been living, working and travelling full time in our Caravan since February 2022.
