We are seeking experienced Project Managers/ Business Analyst to join our growing team. The roles require experience gained as an internal or external consultant coupled with strong communication, business analysis and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Experience of delivering complex software development projects
- Experience of Agile project management and delivery
- Collecting and assimilating data logically and efficiently
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand and capture business problems
- Synthesising and distilling information into meaningful recommendations
- Business Modelling
- Developing Business Focused Solutions and Strategies
- Analysing and Designing Processes
- Liaison with Key Project Stakeholders
- Coordination of System Testing and participation in Change Management processes
- Provide a timely and customer-focused service at all times
Key skills and experience:
- Strong demonstrable experience in a Project Manager and Business Analyst role
- Experience in CRM projects and system changes / improvements highly desirable
- Practical knowledge of a variety of Business Process and Requirements Analysis tools/techniques
- Thorough understanding of the complete project management lifecycle and solution design
- Strong consulting and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Confident self starter
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline would be of benefit
- Ideally you will also have an industry certification in business analysis or project management
